Join our fish wife and pure collector to learn about some of the rather smelly, and perhaps among the worst jobs in Victorian Britain.

We return again to Danes Hill School to work with Year 7 with our history workshops, this year the themes are the Black Death and Richard III.

Easter at Lincoln Castle with Alice

For this years Easter Quest, and to celebrate an original of Lewis Carol’s work being on display, the author and his inspiration will be helping any intrepid questers.

An Audience with Lewis Carroll at Lincoln Castle

Come and meet the author in his twilight years as he talks of his career as a writer and man of the church.

St Georges Festival at Wrest Park

For English Heritage’s multi-period St George’s festival we are performing our play 'History of Heritage'. A fun fast-paced history of english heritage commissioned in 2013. We are pleased to be returning this year.

We are performing our ‘A Search for St George' play as part of the Castles St Georges event.

Horses Through History at Audley End House

As part of a large event run by English Heritage we are providing the merry monarch (Charles II) ’s Queen. Last year the two royals set themselves to racing each other - who knows what may happen this year.

11th & 12th

Victorian Mounted Falconry at Audley End House

We join Raphael Historic Falconry and the stables team at Audley End to tell the story of hunting with birds of prey from horse back in the Victorian age.

25th- 27th

Story Telling Weekend at Whitby Abbey

For this weekend a gathering of famous authors from history, who have connections with the north of England, will gather at the Abbey to tell stories, talk of their writing and debate among themselves.

Fighting Knights at Lincoln Castle

Join our fighting knights at the Castle to learn of medieval combat, weapons and way of life.

Girton College celebrates it’s 150th birthday

We have been commissioned to write a piece about the history of the college as well as bringing to life some of the college’s most treasured photographs of early students.
