For English Heritage’s multi-period St George’s festival we are performing our play 'History of Heritage'. A fun fast-paced history of english heritage commissioned in 2013. We are pleased to be returning this year.

Horses Through History at Audley End House

As part of a large event run by English Heritage we are providing the merry monarch (Charles II) ’s Queen. Last year the two royals set themselves to racing each other - who knows what may happen this year.

Victorian Mounted Falconry at Audley End House

We join Raphael Historic Falconry and the stables team at Audley End to tell the story of hunting with birds of prey from horse back in the Victorian age.

For this weekend a gathering of famous authors from history, who have connections with the north of England, will gather at the Abbey to tell stories, talk of their writing and debate among themselves.
